　　故事发生在明朝年间，一桩血腥的灭门惨案震惊了京城，惨案中唯一幸存的是富翁周葵富（闵政 饰）的女儿采儿（王莎莎 饰）。临死之前，周葵富给了采儿一枚柳哨，让她投奔天下镖局的王振威（周群达 饰），希望王振威能够护送采儿回到山西老家，向家族长老们揭露事件的真相。
